The All India Council of Human Rights, Liberties and Social Justice (AICHLS) is a globally recognised, premium institution dedicated to the protection, preservation, and promotion of human rights, civil liberties, social justice, and constitutional morality.

Under the unshaken and visionary leadership of Dr Anthony Raju, Advocate, Supreme Court of India, AICHLS has emerged as a powerful national and international voice for justice and humanity. The Council functions in close coordination with the National Legal Council for Human Rights, National Council of News and Broadcasting, and the World Council for Human Rights, Peace and Humanity – Dubai, strengthening its global footprint and credibility.
